Ritupon is a social development worker with expertise on result based management, youth development, gender and human rights. He worked in Indo-Global Social Service Society, an Indian donor agency, for 12 years before joining FST in August 2016. He is well acquainted with the development discourse in India.
Namrata is a post graduate in Sociology and Human Rights. She has previously worked with organization such as North East Network, Women’s Feature Service, The Naz Foundation and Sightsavers International. She has engaged herself in a wide range of areas, which includes Youth & Development, Women & Health, Youth & Life skills, HIV/AIDS and Eye Health of Urban Slum. After a long educational and professional stint in cities like Delhi and Mumbai, Namrata moved back to her home town Guwahati in October 2014. She joined FST in 2015 and since then is responsible for overall Programme Management. She also supports the organizations Communication aspect.
Smriti an MBA by profession has worked in the corporate sector for 10 years. Before she joined FST, she was associated with Bharti Airtel. Her core skills are Finance and Accounts management. She joined FST in 2015 and since then she handles administration, HR and Accounts.
Bibhash manages the finance of FST. He joined FST in October 2016. Before joining FST he worked with a Chartered Accountant firm where he was a part of Internal Audit Team and also associate with a Tour Operator Company where he manages the Accounts.
Rituparna is a Masters of Arts in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Guwahati. During his academic curriculum he interned with organisations like Prayas, Centre for Labour Research & Action, Udaipur, Watershed Organisation Trust (WOTR), Jharkhand; People’s Education & Development Organization (PEDO), Dungarpur. He joined FST in May, 2017. Presently he is working as a Programme Associate for the organisation.
Ankita is an MBA in Media Management from Amity University, Noida with an experience of 4 years in the field of online media, publications and television. She is also a diploma holder in Foreign Business Language (FBL in French). Prior to joining FST she was working with NPS International School, Guwahati. She joined FST in April, 2017. She handles the media and communications section of the organisation.
Devangana is a Master in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. Post academics she worked with organisations namely Society for All Round Development (SARD), Food First Information and Action Network (FIAN) and Smile Foundation since 2016. She joined FST on the 10th of October, 2017. Presently she is working as a Program Officer at FST.
Renu has been associated with FST since its inception. She handles the overall maintenance of the office premises.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Janelle is a licensed social worker with a specialty of developing children and families. After receiving her Masters in Social Work from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, she joined the United States Peace Corps as a Youth in Development Volunteer, and was placed in the rural Phayao province of Thailand. Her proudest accomplishment during her service, was running a girls empowerment program that included participants from all over the Northern region of Thailand.
