Project Title: – “Manobikota – (Humanity)”.
Objective – Using creative mediums, enable young people to become peace leaders in the conflict affected areas of Kalibari Char.

Name of the Project– Utsah… A Ray of Hope

Objective- A situational Analysis to ‘Understand the livelihood situation of Women Construction Laborers in Rural and Urban areas of Morigaon and Guwahati City’
Target Group- Women Construction Labourers ( WCL)
Location- Urban- Sixmile 9 (Kamrup Metro), Rural- Mayong block (Morigaon)

Name of the Project- Jagoran (Better Environment for Women)
Name of the Awardee- Shafiul Hassan
Objective- Create awareness amongst the minority communities of char areas of Barpeta, on social issues and stigmas around women.
Target- Minority Bengali Muslim, Girls and Women
Location- Kharballi village of Barpeta (Assam)
Marybell Kharlyngdoh
Name of the project- Supporting Gender Action Plan in Pongkung village of Meghalaya
Name of the Awardee- Mary Kharlyngdoh
Objective-
To Create awareness on Health and Hygiene among the young adolescent girls and boys in Amospero Secondary School.
To enable the school Management to construct separate toilets for boys and girls and thereby reduce dropout rate.
Target- Senior Secondary Scholl students (Boys and Girls)
Location- Amospero Secondary School, Pongkung Village, Meghalaya
Sonia Tanti

Name of the Awardee- Sonia Tanti
Objective- To Create awareness on Health and Hygiene among the Adivasi Tea Workers at the Letekujan Tea Estate, Jorhat.
To enable the school Management to construct separate toilets for boys and girls and thereby reduce dropout rate.
Target- Tea Workers at Letekujan Tea Estate, Jorhat.
Recently our 5 peace awardees namely Shafiul Hassan,Marybell Kharlyngdoh, Sonia Tanti, Narsi Ahmed and Dibyendu Chakraborty were being felicitated for their remarkable achievements in their project areas and were honored with a momentum and certificate at a ceremony organized by NFI at Indian Habitat Centre at New Delhi on the 7th of March, 2019.
